About The Position

Contributes to the development of medical devices. Main responsibilities are conducting product performance testing and building prototypes for evaluation.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Must have at least 1 year of troubleshooting and testing experience as a technician
• Computer skills including solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have technical writing experience
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• Medical device Tech industry experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of GMP, experience with ISO regulations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct product performance bench testing
• Build or assemble prototype materials, components, subassemblies and assemblies
• Construct, operate, troubleshoot, adjust, maintain and test equipment, systems or products
• Perform testing and analyze data and write reports
• Review or develop processing or manufacturing instructions
• Maintain detailed documentation through all phases of development, testing and analysis
• Record data following good documentation practices
• Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision
• Perform job functions in accordance with applicable GMP and ISO guidelines
• Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws/standards
• Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
