The R&D Strategy Intern will support various R&D Strategy initiatives, including leading the review and updates of organizational goals and the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Objectives & Key Results (OKR). The intern will assist in the coordination and preparation of business planning for all-HATCI and consolidating team plans, as well as support the execution of external research studies related to competitor strategies, trends, and external influences. Additionally, the intern will help implement and execute scenario planning exercises.
