About The Position

The R&D Specialist plays a key role in bringing innovative products to life by crafting precise laboratory blends and creating high-quality samples that drive product development and meet evolving customer needs.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a science-related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product analyses and report findings to the manager.
  • Manage and organize laboratory raw material storage in coordination with the manager.
  • Clean, maintain, and ensure proper functioning of laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
  • Enter and maintain product-specific master data in SAP, collaborating with Data Management as needed.
  • Provide accurate data to support the maintenance and documentation of recipes.
  • Support customer-based projects (Build-to-Order/BtO), particularly those involving new raw materials or B2B product development.
  • Assist in the development and application testing of new raw materials and B2B products.
  • Contribute to the timely and high-quality execution of customer projects by modifying existing formulas and assisting in the development of new recipes (e.g., development, base, and customer-specific formulas)
