About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Product Engineer with a strong background in Electro/Mechanical hardware design. The ideal candidate will have experience in design and manufacture of small devices and components in both engineering plastics and metals, demonstrate an understanding of FEA and design for manufacture principles. In addition, they will have at least 10 years of experience in the field and a proven track record of successful project execution. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative mechanical and electronic systems. The successful candidate will be someone that seeks to push the envelope and delight their customers through the form, fit and function of their creations. Your work is an artform and it is an expression of who you are. You see the world as systems of equations that evolve over time, and your designs are meant to last and blend in your personal aesthetic. Your desk has a collection of many things in various states of disassembly because you want to learn from others designs and you appreciate unique approaches to common problems.
