We are actively pursuing an R&D Scientist II with a strong technical background to join our Research and Development Team in Neenah, Wisconsin. This position reports to the Sr R&D Manager for the Paper and Packaging Division of our Sustainable and Adhesives Solutions Business Unit. The role will be responsible for new product development, formulation development and modification, experimental production trials, specification development, supplier relationships, production troubleshooting, and customer support activities. This role is focused on Neenah branded products, with the potential to support other Mativ brand areas as needed or desired.
