Let’s change the world. During this program, you will develop statistical and computational tools for protein fingerprinting data: Review and evaluate published strategies for statistical analysis of footprinting MS data to draw valuable insights. Design and implement a computational tool for automated statistical evaluation. Benchmark performance across experimental designs and replicate structures. (Preferred) Integrate the developed workflow into Amgen’s internal MS data processing platform. Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional scientists.
