During this program, you will assist the team in developing methods and tools for functionalizing large therapeutic molecules.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Graduated with a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program for an MBA internship OR a Master's program for a Master's internship OR a PharmD program for a PharmD internship OR Ph.D. for a PhD internship from an accredited college or university and completion of the first year of MBA OR Master's OR Pharm D OR Ph.D. program before the internship starts
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university following the potential internship
• Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
• Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the [internship

Nice To Haves

• Degree Concentration(s) in: Chemistry and Biochemistry)
• Research experience in protein chemistry with emphasis on enzymatic and chemical modifications
• Demonstrated experience in protein purification and analytical techniques: including affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion chromatography, electrophoresis, and mass spectroscopy
• Detail oriented and analytical minded and strong ability to independently analyze data and deliver key results
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Review and summarize project-related literature
• Evaluate and assess the practicality of innovative technology platforms for protein chemistry and engineering
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support ongoing research initiatives
• Prepare scientific presentations and reports
