About The Position
This position works out of our Pleasanton, CA, or Burlington, MA location in the Heart Failure division. In Abbott's Heart Failure (HF) business, we're developing solutions to diagnose, monitor and manage heart failure, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives. We are recruiting for an R&D Project Manager to join our Heart Failure (HF) R&D Team. This is a high growth business division working on Mechanical Circulatory and Pressure Measurement Systems. The Project Manager provides project management expertise to enable crisp execution in a cross-functional core/project team by partnering with the Program Manager and cross-functional team members in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Under general guidance from the Program Manager, the Project Manager assists Core Team members in interpreting and implementing the requirements of the Abbott Heart Failure new product development process and applicable internal procedures.
