About The Position
Seeking R&D Product Tech supporting new product development from concept through first production approval. This role works closely with QA, Production, Procurement, and Marketing to develop formulas, run trials, and support continuous improvement. Experience with powders, blending, or manufacturing is a plus.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as R&D tech or similar role
- Able to read, write in English
- Able to stand for a full shift
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Support QA/R&D teams on multiple product development projects
- Develop and revise formulas, procedures, and product specs
- Research new flavors, ingredients, and processes
- Assist with process optimization and production trials
- Conduct shelf‑life testing and support food safety programs
- Source raw materials and maintain lab inventory
- Coordinate new product launches
- Complete additional duties as assigned
