Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar
- 4 years experience R&D Engineering in plastic films manufacturing is required
- Strong communication and analytical skills as well as problem-solving and critical thinking
- Resume is required for consideration.

Responsibilities
- Optimize productivity by design, implementation, and testing of new products
- Tracking metrics and reporting
- Managing production trial projects
- Raw material qualifications
- Develop programs and methods for product engineering
- Technical point of contact for customers and commercial representatives
- Manage projects with cross-functional teams
- Identifies potential markets within the flexible packaging film and specialty film
