The Ongoing Product Development Engineering Lead/Supervisor located in Menomonie, WI is a key role within the Research Development and Innovation (RD&I) Team. The Lead/Supervisor will execute more complex product development projects with little supervision in addition to providing technical direction to the team. The Lead/Supervisor will have direct supervision over other design engineers and/or CAD designers and technicians. The Lead/Supervisor will not only have a strong relationship with and work closely with operations, but will also collaborate with senior and peer managers, external suppliers, manufacturing, quality, marketing, finance, sales, service, packaging engineering, materials engineering, legal, and code and regulatory.
