About The Position

The Opportunity: P&G has an opportunity for a PhD intern to work on our corporate function R&D team to leverage advanced AI technologies to enhance research and development processes, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization. Requirements

• Education: Working towards a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Additionally required is a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI models or deep learning, machine learning, and applications.
• Proficiency in Python.
• TensorFlow and/or PyTorch experience.
• Available to work a 12-week internship from May/early June to August in the summer of 2026.
• The internship is 5 days per week (M-F) in office at our Mason, OH location.

Nice To Haves

• Langchain or Langraph application experience.
• Proficiency in FastAPI.
• Familiarity with docker container environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents using LLMs to automate complex tasks and generate creative solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate AI technologies into existing workflows.
• Deploy deep learning inference models on Python servers via FastAPI.
• Facilitate scalable and efficient processing of datasets through AI agent interactions.
• Provide insights and support decision-making processes using AI-driven analytics.
