About The Position
The R&D Packaging Engineer is responsible for the development and analysis of packaging for acquisition and integration activities within the medical device sector. This role involves working under limited supervision to ensure compliance with regulations and standards, conducting analyses, and documenting test data to establish performance standards for packaging, products, processes, or materials. The engineer will collaborate with various teams and external suppliers to design, qualify, and procure packaging components, while also participating in resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
