We’re embarking on a major transformation, modernizing the foundation of RiskStar to make it faster, smarter, and even more adaptable to the evolving needs of our customers. Maintaining and strengthening our current architecture will be just as important as building what comes next. As a player coach, you’ll play a key role in shaping that transformation — ensuring RiskStar remains stable and reliable today while evolving toward its next-generation architecture. You’ll architect and build core components of our future platform, lead ongoing maintenance and optimization of our .NET Core environment, and directly improve performance, reliability, and scalability across both legacy and new systems. Working within a small, high-impact team, your work will drive innovation and operational excellence to help us deliver new capabilities to market faster than ever before. Additionally, as a member of our Product Strategy Team, you’ll collaborate with Product Management, Technology Operations, and company leadership to inform our roadmap, translate business needs into technical direction, and ensure engineering decisions align with customer and company priorities.
