About The Position
BS or MS degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device therapy support Demonstrated experience in product development within a regulated environment Proven track record of supporting product launches through preclinical model development and execution Strong technical and project leadership with the ability to meet key business objectives Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, influencing without authority, and leading project teams Passion for solving complex problems and improving user outcomes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of cardiac therapies Experience engaging with key opinion leaders to guide product strategy Familiarity with global regulatory processes, including IDEs or product approvals Strong technical writing and documentation skills for communicating scientific results Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can drive alignment across teams Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
