Responsible for development of products in laboratory environment
Weigh, extrude, mill, grinding, and cleanup powder coating
Spray test panels
Perform laboratory tests using approved testing methods
Document test results
Adjust formulation based on trial and error methods
Prepare customer samples and trials

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Basic mathematic and written skills
• Math and color vision test will be required
