About The Position

This position is responsible for the development of products within a laboratory environment. Key tasks include weighing, extruding, milling, grinding, and cleaning up powder coating materials. The technician will also spray test panels, perform laboratory tests using approved methods, document test results, adjust formulations based on trial and error, and prepare customer samples and trials.

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Basic mathematic and written skills
• Math and color vision test will be required
