Procter & Gamble is seeking a Lab Operations Leader to join our Grooming team. For more than 120 years, P&G Grooming has been committed to helping individuals look, feel, and be their best. The Grooming R&D Organization is seeking an applicant with strong leadership skills to guide sensory panelists to technically evaluate products to help deliver this mission. The role requires a confident and agile individual who ideally has at least 1 year of lab supervisory experience. As a function, Sensory provides technical data to enable decisions for formula optimization, product development, quality, and claims support. This role will lead the Sensory Lab operations and interface with lab staff and Scientists planning product evaluation tests. The Grooming Panel Leader must be learning/teaching oriented, technically curious, and innovative to ensure we stay on the leading edge for Grooming.
