About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee multiple IT implementation projects. The ideal candidate will manage project delivery, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, financials, and vendor coordination, with minimal supervision. Pharmacovigilance and GxP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT implementation projects (50–100% allocation), ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time.
• Coordinate and align with vendors to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong stakeholder management through proactive communication, expectation setting, and escalation management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; implement corrective actions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting on project status, timelines, risks, and key decisions.
• Handle financial responsibilities, including budget management, accruals, and processing SAP POs/invoices.
• Lead project teams with minimal supervision, providing clear direction, accountability, and performance oversight.
