About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Communication, Film, Broadcast, Media Production, Theater Arts or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 2 years of experience delivering video projects with engineering leaders and technical experts.
  • Experience driving training development lifecycle using adult learning theory and industry standards like the ADDIE model.
  • Proficiency in applications such as Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator, Motion 5, Audition, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience working with raw footage to create cohesive video products.
  • Ability to create videos applying established brand guidelines.
  • Experience authoring content for a content management system and administering a learning management system.
  • Familiarity with collaborative documentation tools like Confluence and Quip.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver two main types of training videos: technical training and career growth and development videos.
  • Engage with Hardware Technologies technical experts to film and share their expertise and career growth.
  • Plan, produce, edit, and deliver high-quality learning and development training videos for Apple engineers.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify key learning topics and translate technical information into easy-to-understand videos.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials to meet Apple standards.
  • Follow security, privacy, and copyright policies strictly.
  • Partner with various teams to maintain alignment on expectations and deliverables.
  • Program manage the Hardware Tech Learning website and its assets.
