Requirements

• Pursuing M.S., or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Thesis work and/or relevant industry experience in mm-wave IC design.
• Experience in mm-wave IC design in advanced semiconductor technologies.
• Experience using tools such as ADS, Momentum, RFPro, EMPro.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, document, and present results.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of semiconductor devices and high frequency circuit design.
• Experience in on-wafer probe calibration and measurements.
• Knowledge in device modelling, thermal design, and IC package design.
• Understanding of current state of the art technologies and their potential with circuit design and process capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, time management and communication skills.

Benefits

• California Pay Range: $49.83-$53.67 based on experience, education and skills.
• Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed.
