What You’ll Do: Join our collaborative team to drive growth and innovation for new product development. As a firmware engineer, you’ll bring water quality products to life by designing and developing cutting-edge embedded solutions. This position is onsite in Loveland, CO out of our large 3 building campus which includes a building designed from the ground up for Research and Development.

Requirements

• minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5+ years with C++ user-space development
• 3-5+ years with microcontrollers and platforms like Linux, RTOS, or bare metal
• proficiency in Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and unit testing

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Embedded Systems Engineering
• with Embedded Linux build systems (e.g. Yocto)
• knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)
• proficiency with scripting languages (Shell, Bash, Python)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded solutions for next-generation products.
• Collaborate in an Agile team to deliver high-quality firmware using scrum processes.
• Use your expertise in C++ and OO design principles to ensure reliable products.
• Analyze requirements, estimate effort, and deliver impactful solutions.
