Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant Finance experience.
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional work experience in Finance/Accounting with exposure to financial processes related to close, forecast and annual operating plan cycles.
  • Crisp verbal and written professional interpersonal skills; ability to compile and present data to senior leadership.
  • Strong financial systems and business application skills including SAP, Essbase, Excel, Keynote, Workday/Adaptive & Tableau.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about module technologies through the lens of finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work within ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs or projects at once and to self-direct efforts as appropriate among competing priorities.
  • Work well with others in a team setting and independently.
  • CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and effectively manage all financial needs for Hardware Technology teams.
  • Execute periodic spending forecasts and quarter close activities.
  • Coordinate the annual operating plan process for the next fiscal year budget.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Managers, Global Supply Managers, Technical Accounting, and other business partners.
  • Support the development and implementation of the latest Hardware Technologies.
