Requirements

  • A current junior or current senior pursuing a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • Ability to analyze structured data to identify patterns and trends in material behavior.
  • Skilled in developing structure–property relationships to guide the design of next-generation materials.
  • Strong foundation in materials science, data interpretation, and experimental analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and testing product coating formulations to meet customer and performance requirements.
  • Conducting experiments and performing technical procedures to support new and existing product development.
  • Planning and executing tests to ensure formulations meet critical-to-quality (CTQ) standards.
  • Gathering and analyzing ideas from the internal R&D team to enhance product functionality.
  • Evaluating test results and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product development with customer needs.
