Responsibilities

• Assist in the world class engineering of new medical products.
• Support the project team by participating and assisting in the building and operation of prototypes and test systems.
• Create and execute prototypes, test protocols, and bench test setups.
• Troubleshoot circuit board problems uncovered during design and test.
• Use schematics, oscilloscopes, and meters to troubleshoot issues.
• Rework circuit boards by changing component values or adding re-work wires.
• Communicate and work in a team environment to meet project schedules.
• Participate in reviews such as requirement reviews and design reviews.

Requirements

• In progress with a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoy working in a team setting while being self-motivated.
• Ability to understand specification documents.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to use test equipment and implement detailed test protocols.
• Enjoy multi-tasking under moderate pressure.
• Willingness to learn new applications.

• First time Co-ops as well as candidates with experience will be considered.
