About The Position

The QVC Customer Service Specialist role involves answering inbound customer calls and assisting customers with various inquiries while maintaining a high-paced call volume. Specialists will personalize the customer experience, handle tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and promoting additional products. This position offers opportunities for advancement within the Qurate Retail Group and requires working a structured schedule, including weekends.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to navigate various customer styles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and partner with IT when needed.
  • Must reside in specified states (Florida, Georgia, Greater Boise, ID area, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, or Virginia).
