About The Position
The Quote to Cash Program Leader is responsible for driving transformational improvements in the Order-to-Cash Value Stream globally, focusing on the Quote to Order and Invoice to Cash processes. This role emphasizes enhancing business operations, reducing cycle times, and improving customer experience while managing operational costs. The leader will report to the Continuous Improvement Director and will work collaboratively across various departments to execute a strategic roadmap for continuous improvement.
