Quotations Coordinator

About The Position

Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between sales reps, vendors, and clients to ensure detailed information is received for all quotation requests.

Requirements

Prior lighting, electrical distribution, or related industry preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Monitor the Quotations email inbox
Review all quote requests to ensure all information has been provided
Request additional information from distribution partners if any details are missing that are required to move forward
Create the Project in Prime (Acumatica) including all appropriate details, and assign to a Quotations Specialist
Create Project Folders on SESCOShare and add all appropriate attachments for the Quotations Specialist to utilize during the quotes process
Communicate with sales representatives and project managers to clarify scope and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor industry trends and maintain knowledge of lighting products and technologies.
