About The Position

The Quotation Specialist is responsible for processing, tracking, and communicating quoting opportunities for both new and existing clients. This role provides accurate and timely quotes to Account Managers by applying strong business acumen and practical technical knowledge. The Quotation Specialist interprets client and Sales Representative requirements, collaborates with Account Managers and the Production team to clarify quote details, and recommends solutions that maximize profitability while delivering value to the customer and ensuring high-quality output.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an inside sales, sales support, or related client-facing role (e.g., banking, mortgage, insurance, or financial services)
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Calm and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Above-average computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to pivoting priorities is a must
  • Weekend or evening work when required – whatever it takes to get the job done!
  • High School diploma required, and some college is preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Entertainment Industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Determines quotation requirements by reviewing and discussing project details with Account Manager and Production Team.
  • Provides accurate account information referring to client account billing details
  • Generates quotations, using specified requirements and product knowledge.
  • Verifies Account Managers understanding of quote by explaining items and charges.
  • Coordinates receipt of all required information for the preparation of final quote.
  • Follows up on outstanding quotes to secure client, improve quote process and measure effectiveness.
  • Maintains the highest quality of customer service during calls, dealing tactfully to resolve complaints, compliments, and inquiries, while following the appropriate company procedures.
