Position Summary Primary responsibility is to provide sales and business operations support to the Kodak Moments Services and Commercial teams. This position is a key member of the US&C Business Unit, responsible for effective communication and collaboration with functional teams and serving as a liaison to Kodak Alaris shared‑services personnel. The role encompasses a broad range of external customer and internal business support activities, including contract database management, customer sales tracking and reporting, invoicing, receivables support, project management assistance, and regular interaction with back‑office and legal teams. The position is also expected to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced data reporting. As a Quotation and Contract Renewal Specialist, the role includes preparing price quotes and managing the renewal of existing customer contracts. Core responsibilities involve analyzing customer needs, developing accurate cost estimates, update renewal terms within Kodak Moments’ systems and data base, monitoring contract expirations, and collaborating closely with sales, legal, and customer success teams. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities are essential for success in this position.
