This internship position is a part of a hybrid work model, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL. Target Start Date: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (11-week program) Intern Pay Rate: $24 per hour.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a math/statistics/analytics-based major.
• Must be a rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel: ability to use a pivot table and complex formulas.
• Knowledge of relational datasets and experience with working with data (SQL).
• Experience with a data visualization tool (Power BI preferred - Tableau, Business Objects).

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design and build new dashboards for Quill using Power BI, to assist in analyzing key business questions.
• Enhance dashboards with commentary using Microsoft Co-Pilot to increase usability, drive business decisions and improve engagement with existing Power BI dashboards.
• Automate existing reports using Snowflake SQL and Power BI or Excel to reduce time to generate each report.
• Collaborate with IT developers to build data cubes to further enhance automation and allow direct access to data for business owners and assist in self-service reporting.
