This position is a minimum of 4 days in the office with flexibility for remote work on Fridays. This position is based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL. Target Start Date: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (11-week program) Intern Pay Rate: $26 - $29 per hour.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a master's or doctoral degree in Computer Science /Analytics/Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and modeling techniques
  • Proficiency in Python programming language
  • Familiarity with SQL and experience in handling large datasets

Responsibilities

  • Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to extract insights from data
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Construct and present insightful models, analyses, and test readouts to influence marketing, product, and promotional strategies
  • Perform data mining, exploratory analysis, and A/B testing to support key business initiatives
  • Research and analyze data to find deep relations within data to be used in the ML/AI algorithms
  • Build and test audience targeting strategies and models, including relevancy, re-targeting, look-alike models, etc.
