Requirements

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly upon arrival.
• Schedule and coordinate Quicklane service appointments efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding their vehicle’s needs and service status.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely service completion.
• Manage work orders, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area to promote a professional environment.
• Provide detailed explanations of services and address customer questions or concerns.
