Requirements

1-3 years experience preferred
Strong listening skills
Service advisor experience preferred
Automotive Technical/Trade school degree
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
High school diploma or equivalent
Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Must have a valid PA driver's license with a good driving record

Responsibilities

Provide a friendly & professional service experience to every customer.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Communicate directly with technicians regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Efficiently and accurately ensure quality repair work in accordance with dealerships and factory standards
