About The Position

TorchStone Global is seeking a full-time Quickbooks Accountant to join their team, focusing on maintaining financial integrity through accurate bookkeeping and account management. The role offers a hybrid or fully remote work option and requires a professional with strong communication and organizational skills to handle invoicing, account reconciliation, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience or similar work experience
• Associate degree in accounting, business or similar academic experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft suite of programs: Excel required
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online Version), 2 years or more experience preferred
• Previous knowledge of vendor processing (1099 forms)
• Knowledge of journal entries (reoccurring)
• Proficiency with Adobe products and PDF forms

Responsibilities

• Invoicing process for multiple clients
• Account reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements
• Accounts payables process and entering invoices
• Communicating with leadership team, sales personnel, and sub-contractors
• Assisting with Excel analysis reporting
