Position Summary Quickbase coder position Work at Home Full time The Sr. Business Analyst supports UM Clinical Operations by making data accessible and actionable for teams and stakeholders.. This role involves creating reports and tools that help guide decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to understanding business needs and delivering data-driven solutions. Conducts in-depth analysis of program data, metrics, and performance indicators by identifying trends, patterns, and insights to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact. Analyze data to inform process improvements Develops and maintains data reporting systems and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical services, such as patient outcomes, quality of care, and operational efficiency. Implements performance monitoring systems to track and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical services. Analyzes opportunities of areas of concern and recommends corrective actions for team advancement and development. Support program implementations as needed

Requirements

  • Not looking for IT professionals
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining business dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data, generate reports, and track day-to-day performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in managing internal reporting processes and creating clear, visually engaging presentations for stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with QuickBase or similar low-code platforms is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of internal programs and processes is a plus, but not required.
  • This role is focused on business support rather than technical system development; candidates should have a business-oriented mindset rather than a purely IT or software engineering background.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, QuickBase
  • 3-5 years in project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • 3-5 years experience with data analytics tools and business intelligence platforms
  • Experience with creating documentation that translates business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

Nice To Haves

  • Able to create new reporting.
  • Envisions, codes and implements data and report automation tools and processes to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
