About The Position
Are you an experienced Quick Service Manager looking for a great work place? We are looking for a Quick Lube/Quick Service Manager. The Quick Lube Manager provides an outstanding customer experience by making sure the basic maintenance needs of our customers vehicles are taken care of in a timely manner. The Quick Lube Manager is essential to our team in order to keep our customers vehicles properly maintained in a way that they will continue to service with us and experience the award winning performance they expect.
Requirements
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be able to work assigned shift
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work in an automotive shop environment in all types of weather conditions
- Must be at least 18 years old
Nice To Haves
- Willing to do basic maintenance on customer vehicles
- Ability to make recommendations for work that a customer may need to be done and teach a team to make those recommendations
- Desire to take care of each vehicle that comes into our shop as if it is your own
- Focus on leading the Quick Lube team to work in efficient and timely manner
