About The Position

We are seeking a Quick Service Kitchen Team Member who enjoys cooking, working collaboratively, and preparing fresh, made to order meals in a supportive, mission driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, clear expectations, and a steady, well organized kitchen. Fulltime position (32–40 hours per week) Weekdays: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Rotating weekends and holidays required
Requirements
- Line cook or quick service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and follow established systems and standards
- Reliability and consistency in attendance and performance
- A positive, team minded attitude
- Respect for coworkers, residents, and the purpose behind the work
- Ability to perform typical kitchen duties, including standing for extended periods
- Someone that wants to make a difference, have fun at work, and has a willingness to learn!
Nice To Haves
- Line cook or quick service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Preparing quick service Bistro items including pizzas, salads, dressings, and sandwiches
- Following recipes, food safety guidelines, and kitchen standards consistently
- Working collaboratively under the direction of the Executive Chef
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and food safe workstation
- Supporting overall kitchen flow through prep, stocking, and teamwork
- Contributing to a positive, dependable, and team oriented kitchen environment
