About The Position

Under the Direction of the Assistant Manager/Sous Chef, the Quick Service Attendant is responsible for serving food and beverage to all guests enduring the sequence of service cycle, including cashiering, cooking, delivery, and cleaning. Must have a pleasant and friendly demeanor. Must be able to work at a fast pace for several hours. Required to take the class to receive a food handlers card within the first 90 days of employment.

Requirements

Must have a pleasant and friendly demeanor.
Must be able to work at a fast pace for several hours.
A minimum of six (6) months experience in high-volume food service or customer service, and previous money handling preferred.
Must have the ability to understand food requests, ask questions regarding its preparation and assure the team member's or guest's satisfaction with their order in English.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 35lbs. multiple times per day, and push a cart weighing up to 100lbs.
Working during weekends, holidays and peak business periods are required, including working any shift/day designated by the department.
Required to take the class to receive a food handlers card within the first 90 days of employment.
