About The Position

As a Quick Lube Automotive Technician at Courtesy Nissan, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the business and customers every day. The company is looking for smart, energetic, technically-focused Quick Lube Technicians to redefine the car-servicing experience. This is an entry-level technician role responsible for performing basic maintenance on customer vehicles. The position requires exceptional teamwork and the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks and is an hourly paid position.

Requirements

• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have basic tools
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)

Nice To Haves

• Automotive technical school certifications preferred
• Previous experience highly preferred
• Apprenticeship experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle
• Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
• Ensure that customer vehicles are returned to them in the same condition or better than when brought in
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs and schools
• Continuously expand knowledge for new technologies and practice
