Requirements

Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Manage day-to-day work plan in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Drain oil from crankcase and refills with required amount of oil
Replace oil and air filters
Inspect vehicle fluid levels, replaces or replenishes as necessary
Check tire pressure
Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
Rotate tires
Document all work performed on the repair order
Maintain accountability for all dealership-owned tools and manuals—returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were received
Report machinery defects or malfunctions to Manager
Keep shop area neat and clean
Punctual and reliable work ethic
Complete required Ford Quick Lane Training programs
Accomplish Sioux Falls Ford Quick Lane Certification
