This position is a full time position, business hours Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m. At Chalmers Ford, we strive to make every customer a customer for life. Requirements

• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Current valid New Mexico Driver's License.
• Effective communication skills.
• Time management skills for managing one's own time and the time of others.
• Typing skills for entering repair orders efficiently.
• Mathematics skills for calculating service costs and counting change.
• Basic computer skills.

• Experience preferred as a Service Advisor/Service Consultant.
• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service with a focus on the customer's perspective.
• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identifying, confirming, and offering resolutions to customer concerns.
• Communicating between the customer and technician to ensure needs are understood.
• Ensuring that needed and recommended services/repairs are clearly communicated to the customer.
