Requirements

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Security+ w/ CE
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI
• Required Skills and Abilities: Problem Solving, Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems
• Works with the team to triage and quickly resolve tickets
• Functions well across multiple work centers
• Able to support a fast paced environments focused on customer satisfaction
• Serves as lead event manager ensuring work gets done to support the mission
• Utilizes full suite of technical and interpersonal skills to achieve the mission
• May serve as team lead
