Requirements

• Able to work outdoors in extreme conditions, such as cold, heat, and humidity.
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
• Able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision.
• Ability to get along with others.
• Positive customer service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform track maintenance, including inspection, repairs, and replacements.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Operate hand tools and heavy equipment for construction and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure completion of the project.
