About The Position

Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move and load materials
Inspect, maintain, and report equipment conditions to ensure reliable operation
Support production goals by supplying material to crushers, conveyors, and stockpiles
Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily activities

Requirements

• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently
• Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Skill in identifying equipment issues and reporting them promptly
• Reliability, attention to detail, and readiness to learn site processes
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Benefits

• Retention Bonus: $5,000 paid quarterly.
• Shift Differential: An additional $2.00 per hour for second-shift positions at both locations.
• Employee Referral Bonus: A $5,000 bonus for referring an applicant to either location, paid after 180 days of continued employment for both parties.
