What You’ll Be Doing Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move and load materials Inspect, maintain, and report equipment conditions to ensure reliable operation Support production goals by supplying material to crushers, conveyors, and stockpiles Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily activities

Requirements

Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently
Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures
Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
Skill in identifying equipment issues and reporting them promptly
Reliability, attention to detail, and readiness to learn site processes
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
