Quantum Space Node – Hardware & Field Systems Engineer
About The Position
You are responsible for turning ideas into physical reality. Your job is to build, assemble, install, and maintain the Quantum Space Node Lite™ (QSN-L)—a next-generation intelligent parking space system that blends hardware, sensors, lighting, and edge computing into a single deployable unit. You will be the person who ensures that when we say “this node works in the real world,” it actually does—rain, heat, traffic, vibration, and all. This role is ideal for someone who: · loves working with their hands · enjoys problem-solving in the field · takes pride in clean, professional installs · wants to help invent a new category of infrastructure
Requirements
- Comfortable with tools (drill, drivers, wire strippers, soldering iron).
- Basic understanding of electronics and wiring.
- Experience with: o Raspberry Pi, Arduino, ESP32, or similar o LED lighting systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow SOPs.
- Physically able to work outdoors and on job sites.
Nice To Haves
- Low-voltage electrical experience.
- IoT or smart device installation experience.
- Fabrication or 3D printing exposure.
- Construction, AV, or field technician background.
