About The Position

Requirements

• Experience leading and managing small to medium-sized projects.
• Knowledge of Rydberg receivers and RF sensing technologies.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to a varied audience, both written and verbally.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a manner that leverages various backgrounds and expertise.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Sciences.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with modeling and simulation software.
• Experience with classical RF antenna design.
• Experience with leading the development of technology business plans and roadmaps.
• Experience building and managing teams of scientists and engineers to execute against business plans.
• Experience managing associated resources, such as hardware and funding.
