About The Position

As a Quantum Metric Analyst, you will be a key player in our digital analytics team, responsible for leveraging the Quantum Metric platform to monitor, diagnose, and optimize customer journeys across our web and mobile applications. You will transform complex data sets into actionable insights, helping product, engineering, and marketing teams make data-driven decisions that enhance user satisfaction and achieve core business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, web analytics, product management, or a related data-focused field
• Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with the Quantum Metric platform is required
• Analytical Prowess: Demonstrated ability to work with quantitative data, uncover insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations that drive business impact. Thrives on solving ambiguous business challenges
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Soft Skills: Highly motivated self-starter with excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with other analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and an understanding of web technologies (JavaScript snippets, APIs, tag management systems) are highly valued
