About The Position

Quantity Surveyor, Lebanon Mace combines global delivery consultancy experience to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. You’ll be responsible for: Lead safe, compliant and sustainable delivery, applying strong technical knowledge of local Health and Safety regulations and championing wellbeing and inclusion. Support senior construction leadership, guiding teams and shaping deliverable onsite plans through strong stakeholder and client relationships. Uphold ethical, fiscally responsible operations and contribute to long‑term strategic development aligned with Mace values. Develop and mentor teams, sharing expertise, promoting best practice and fostering ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll need to have: Strong commercial and financial capability, leading cost reporting, risk reviews and key contract negotiations. Skilled in construction planning, variation assessment and applying current construction technologies across diverse projects. Effective communicator and relationship builder, promoting Mace’s services to clients and supply chain partners. Degree‑qualified, with CSCS, SMSTS and professional membership (RICS/CIOB or equivalent). The estimated salary for this position is $170,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
